EPT is a new gym which is now open in Rushden, Northamptonshire. Come along and see what we have to offer. As well as a fully equipped gym we also offer fitness classes for all ages and abilities including Xbiking, Body Pump, Circuits, Combat Yoga, kids classes and over 50s fitness. Our massage therapy - Swedish massage and NMT Neuro Muscular Therapy are ideal for relieving tension or sports injuries.
