Guidelines
• 30 minutes exercise four times per week (home or at EPT, log which exercise and how long).
• Log food diary for one week so Trace can look at it the following week and give pointers.
• Trace will weigh and measure client weekly (optional).
• First client to lose most weight after one month receives one free personal training session with Trace for 30 minutes.
• First client to lose most weight in month two receives free personal training session with Trace for 45 minutes.
• First client to lose most weight in month three receives free 45 minute personal training session plus a manicure or pedicure.
• Free personal exercise programme tailored to the need of the client.
