½ hour class – aerobics/toning
Discussion about diet/eating habits/
food diary/personal plan – goals etc.

Weight Management –weighing/measuring

Guidelines

• 30 minutes exercise four times per week (home or at EPT, log which exercise and how long).

• Log food diary for one week so Trace can look at it the following week and give pointers.

• Trace will weigh and measure client weekly (optional).

First client to lose most weight after one month receives one free personal training session with Trace for 30 minutes.

• First client to lose most weight in month two receives free personal training session with Trace for 45 minutes.

First client to lose most weight in month three receives free 45 minute personal training session plus a manicure or pedicure.

• Free personal exercise programme tailored to the need of the client.
