X-Biking
You may have heard of spin well this is X-Biking. Outdoor mountain bike style bikes bought indoors. 30min 45min and 1hr classes provide a great total body workout.
Interval based cycling based around motivational music creates a unique fitness experience typically burning a staggering 550 calories in a half hour class.
Vibration Plate
From NASA to EPT gym. Vibration plates are based on exercise systems used on previous space missions. Now adopted by celebrities and athletes, these vibration plates are proven to have numerous health and fitness benefits. For example, improved strength, power, and muscle tone. Lower level frequencies are also great for rehabilitation and muscle relaxation.
Pump It Up!
The original barbell workout. Dubbed the quickest way to shape up and lose body fat. This toning and conditioning class is the perfect addition to an existing aerobic fitness programme. The class’s simplicity makes Bodypump a great starting point to develop strength and confidence.
Zumba
The latest craze in the group fitness scene. The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves to create a one of a kind fitness program the will blow you away.
Zumba Toning
When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.
Cardio Kick
Cardio Kick is a dynamic, motivating and intense workout that combines simple aerobic choreography with martial arts and boxing-based moves. This module will give you the ability to build your own fresh, distinctive and fun routines, guaranteed to give your classes extra punch.
Pure Abs
The main benefits of our core strengthening class are increased core strength, better posture, releasing stress and improved alignment. As well as helping you to focus on your breathing, it lengthens and leans muscles rather than building them up. It is also fantastic for those with back problems either to prevent or improve. Anybody can attend the class whatever their fitness level as all exercises can be adapted.
Power Hour
Power Hour will include 30 minutes of X-biking followed by 30 minutes of core strength/conditioning. This class will be sure to burn the calories and tone your body in no time!

Power Hour Plus
This class will consist on 45 minutes X-Biking followed by an intense 45 minutes conditioning workout in the Studio. For those of you that like Power Hour you will LOVE THIS!
Swiss Ball
A class using a fit ball. This class is excellent for improving core strength. It will help you improve your posture, strength and balance. The main focus areas will be the tummy and back, however you will get a whole body workout also! Suitable for all ages and abilities.
Boxercise
Boxercise follows the methods employed in boxing as closely as possible whilst ensuring the maximum amount of safety and exercise. It offers a new variety of movement, covers all aspects of activity- aerobic and anaerobic, develops skills including hand-eye coordination, balance, timing and technique, works all major muscle groups, enhances range of movement, is suitable for both sexes, all ages and levels of ability, a great stress buster and ITS FUN!!
