“When I met Tracey I was an unhealthy 16 stone, overweight with health problems including high blood pressure. I wanted to lose weight but didn’t know how to go about it, I knew that a diet on its own would not work. Tracey’s positive attitude soon motivated me and enabled me to believe that I could achieve my goals. Through her personal training she helped me to improve my cardiovascular fitness as well as my muscular strength and endurance. Tracey encouraged me to walk then jog/run for short intervals. This soon progressed to longer periods of running both in the gym and outside. She asked me to keep a food diary, which soon revealed where I needed help with maintaining a healthy diet. Through her advice and knowledge of nutrition Tracey helped me to develop a healthy attitude towards food.
